Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Tour 2026: UK Vote Closes Tuesday 3 November, Stops Not Yet Announced

The Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Tour 2026 vote in Great Britain closes at 16:00 on Tuesday 3 November 2026, according to the Coca-Cola Great Britain terms and conditions (T&Cs). The UK is on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) since 25 October, so the deadline is 11 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Nov. 3 (US clocks fall back on Nov. 1, so ET is then standard time, by our calculation).

The company’s vote page says this is the first year people across Great Britain can help shape where the truck goes next. No 2026 stop, stop count or start date has been announced. A one-page checklist is in the downloads.

When does the Coca-Cola truck vote open and close?

Item	Date and time	Source
Vote opens	Tuesday 20 October 2026, 09:00	Terms, clause 10
Vote closes	Tuesday 3 November 2026, 16:00 GMT (11 a.m. ET)	Terms, clause 10
Truck visits	November or December 2026	Terms, clause 22
Each stop announced	24 to 48 hours before the visit	Terms, clause 25

Weekdays are our calculation from the listed dates. Coca-Cola’s terms give the times as “20.10.26 at 09:00” and “16.00 on 03.11.26”. Add 3 Nov. to the November 2026 printable calendar so the deadline is not missed.

How does the vote work?

The vote page says to log in with a Coca-Cola account and cast up to three votes before 3 November. Clause 4 of the terms allows a maximum of three votes per person throughout the promotional period. Votes may go to the same or different towns, and each vote must nominate a town in Great Britain.

The terms limit the promotion to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), so Northern Ireland is not included. The vote page adds “18+. No purchase necessary.” Voters get no cash, product or personal prize (clause 24).

How does a town get picked for a visit?

Votes do not guarantee a stop. Clause 22 says the top five eligible towns with the highest numbers of valid votes “will be considered” for a visit during November or December 2026. Clause 23 adds that a town is only selected if its proposed location meets these conditions:

• it fits the planned route and schedule
• it meets site, safety and operational requirements
• it gets final approval

Eligibility, per the terms, includes a clear, level, stable area for the truck and its activity space, access within the planned route, site availability on the chosen dates, council or landowner permissions, and a site visit beforehand.

When will the 2026 stops be announced?

Not yet. The terms say “Confirmed Truck Tour stops will be announced 24–48 hours before each visit.” That is a short notice window, so a town on the list will not hear weeks ahead.

Retail Gazette reported on 23 October 2026 that the tour runs “throughout November and December”. It quoted Rob Yeomans, vice-president of commercial development at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners GB: “This year, people can help choose where it visits next.”

What happens at a stop?

The vote page says visitors get festive games, a chance to win Coca-Cola merchandise, and a drink: Coca-Cola Original Taste, Zero Sugar or Diet Coke.

How does this compare with last year?

In 2025, news outlets reported 15 stops for the truck’s 15th UK anniversary. The Express & Star reported the plan on 18 November 2025. That is last year’s pattern only: for 2026 the number of stops is not yet announced.

Once a stop is confirmed, check the date against the December 2026 printable calendar, and see UK bank holidays if you plan a trip around Christmas. Other seasonal events are in our Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2026 story and the Manchester and Birmingham Christmas markets story. Dates can change, so check the Coca-Cola Great Britain page before travelling.
