What time are the four NHL Global Series games?

The National Hockey League (NHL) gave the Finland times in Eastern European Time (EET, UTC+2) and its German page gives the Düsseldorf times in local time, Central European Time (CET, UTC+1) in December. Who plays in Helsinki, and where?

The NHL’s July 16, 2026 schedule release says the defending Stanley Cup-champion Hurricanes and the Kraken play a pair of games at Veikkaus Arena in Helsinki. NHL.com says the arena, formerly known as Hartwall Arena, has hosted seven previous NHL regular-season games, and the arena’s own site says it holds up to 15,500 guests. NHL.com also says 11 NHL games have been played in Finland, seven of them in Helsinki.

The Kraken say these are their first regular-season games outside North America. Their news story says each club gets a designated “home” matchup during the series. No official page we read says which game is whose, so we do not list a home team.

Where to watch Hurricanes vs. Kraken?

NHL.com says the games are available through international media rightsholders and, in certain territories, on NHL.TV through a streaming partner. In Finland, the NHL’s Fan Fest release says fans can watch on Viaplay 1 Urheilu and one other channel. In the Seattle market, the Kraken list local stations and Prime Video for both games. The Hurricanes say broadcast and streaming details “will be announced soon”. U.S. and Canadian national television for all four games is not yet announced.

What is the Helsinki Fan Fest schedule?

The NHL’s Nov. 4, 2026 release lists a free Fan Fest at Narinkkatori in Helsinki. Times are Finnish local time.

Day	Hours	Note
Thu., Nov. 12	4 p.m. (16:00) to postgame	Game 1 watch party
Fri., Nov. 13	4 p.m. to 9 p.m. (16:00-21:00)	No game
Sat., Nov. 14	Noon (12:00) to postgame	Game 2 watch party

The Kraken list an open practice on Friday, Nov. 13, from 11 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. EET.

When are the Senators and Blackhawks games in Düsseldorf?

NHL.com’s German event page lists “Chicago Blackhawks gegen Ottawa Senators” at a dome venue in Düsseldorf on Dec. 18 at 19:00 and Dec. 20 at 14:00. NHL.com’s March 13, 2026 story confirms both dates and says the league has held 22 games in Germany, one of them in the regular season: the Sabres beat the Kings 4-2 in Berlin on Oct. 8, 2011. A fan event, Kö on Ice, runs on the Königsallee from Nov. 6 to Jan. 10. Ticket prices and the Chicago and Ottawa broadcasts are not yet announced.
