The Phase 1 lineup

Ultra released a first wave of artists in October 2026. EDM Identity, an electronic dance music news site, reported on Oct. 14 that it includes Armin van Buuren, Dom Dolla, Steve Aoki, Michael Bibi, and a back-to-back set by Marshmello and Subtronics. More names are typically announced in later phases. The official site has the current list and set times once they are published.

Why the timing matters

Ultra lands at the end of South Florida’s shared spring break. Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach county schools are all off March 22-26, 2027, so the festival weekend overlaps with families heading home and with Easter church services and gatherings. Expect heavy traffic downtown and on the causeways, and book hotels early. See the school calendars for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Travelers flying in from abroad should note that Good Friday is a public holiday in Canada, the UK and much of Europe and Latin America, which can raise airfares for the long weekend. U.S. stock markets are closed on Good Friday too: see the 2027 stock market holidays.

Before you go

Bring a valid photo ID that shows your age; the 21-and-over rule applies to everyone. Buy tickets only from the official site or its authorized partners, since resold wristbands may be invalid. Check the festival’s list of prohibited items before packing, because the rules on bags and other items are strict and change from year to year.

Easter falls early in 2027. See when Easter falls and when Good Friday falls in other years, and mark the weekend on a March 2027 printable calendar.
