What each rink says about its season

Wollman Rink. The site says “Open daily” from Oct. 28, 2026 to March 16, 2027, with doors at 10 a.m. and a closing time that varies. It lists no prices.

Bryant Park. The homepage says The Rink, Holiday Shops and The Lodge are open for the 2026-2027 Winter Village season. The Winter Village runs Oct. 28, 2026 to Feb. 28, 2027. The Holiday Shops listing on the same page runs Oct. 28 to Jan. 3, 2027, so the shops close earlier than the rink. Rental of $18.72 to $64.48 includes an administrative fee of $0.72 to $2.48. For more New York events, see our NYC holiday calendar for 2026.

Chicago. The Chicago Park District says Maggie Daley Ice Ribbon opens Friday, Nov. 13, and all other outdoor rinks open Friday, Nov. 27. Hours and schedules “will be posted soon.” The page does not print a year; its session dates show 2026.

Los Angeles. Holiday Ice Rink at Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles is open daily from Nov. 12, 2026 until Jan. 3, 2027. Hours and prices are not listed yet.

London. Skate at Somerset House runs 11 Nov 2026 to 10 Jan 2027. The Natural History Museum’s page says its ice rink “has now closed” and lists no 2026-27 season. For other London dates, see our story on London Christmas lights switch-on dates in 2026.
