Hamilton’s Santa Claus Parade is on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026 at 2 p.m., and Mississauga’s follows on Saturday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m., according to the organizer’s site, hamiltonsantaparade.com, and the City of Mississauga. Those are the two parades in this story with confirmed 2026 dates and times. Toronto’s and Ottawa’s have their own stories, and Halifax, Winnipeg, Montreal and Edmonton have not announced 2026 dates.

The table below puts every city in one place, with last year’s date labeled where 2026 is still open, and a one-page list you can print is at the end.

Weekdays are computed from the 2026 calendar: Nov. 14 and Nov. 21 are both Saturdays. Toronto’s and Ottawa’s rows come from the stories we already published, Toronto Santa Claus Parade 2026 and Ottawa Santa Claus Parade 2026. For Montreal, the organizer is Montréal centre-ville, and it had not posted a 2026 date when we checked on Nov. 4; we did not use unofficial listings.

Hamilton Santa Claus Parade 2026: time and route

The organizer’s page says: “The parade begins at 2:00PM on Saturday November 14th 2026.” It adds: “The parade will start at Upper Sherman and Acadia Drive.” and “We will end at the South side parking lot. (outside of the old Hudson Bay).”

Route details can change before parade day, so check that page again before you go. It also says that Mission Services “will be collecting non-perishable food items and any financial donations.”

Mississauga Santa Claus Parade 2026: date and what is missing

The City of Mississauga said on Aug. 17, 2026: “The Mississauga Santa Claus Parade is back this year, taking place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 6 p.m. in downtown Mississauga.” The notice, titled “Be part of the magic: Apply to be a part of the 2026 Mississauga Santa Claus Parade,” did not give a route, road closures or a donation drive. Those are not yet announced.

What happened in Halifax and Winnipeg last year?

Neither city has posted its 2026 date on the pages we checked, so these are 2025 facts only.

• Halifax, 2025: Discover Halifax, the organizer, listed the Holiday Parade of Lights for Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. It started at the Cogswell St. roundabout and finished at Barrington and George, and it encouraged spectators “to bring non-perishable food items, packaged toys, or cash donations.”
• Winnipeg, 2025: The City of Winnipeg said on Nov. 13, 2025 that the parade was on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, and that “Portage Avenue will close in both directions from St. Mary Avenue to Main Street at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 15.” It also said “All other closures will be lifted by 10 p.m.”

Treat these as last year’s plans. The 2026 date, start time and closures are not yet announced by either organizer or city.

What to bring to a Canadian Santa Claus parade

Only two organizers published donation requests we could check. In Hamilton, bring non-perishable food items or money for Mission Services. In Ottawa, the organizer’s Help Santa Campaign goes to Toy Mountain. In 2025, Halifax asked spectators for non-perishable food, packaged toys or cash. Nothing for Mississauga, Toronto, Winnipeg, Montreal or Edmonton 2026 was posted when we checked.

Santa Claus parade dates to mark in November 2026

Put Saturday, Nov. 14 and Saturday, Nov. 21 on the November 2026 printable calendar, and see the Canada holidays page for statutory days. Parade season leads into December, so the December 2026 printable calendar is next, along with our Canada Christmas markets 2026 story.

The printable lists the three parades with a confirmed start time and the cities still waiting for a date, so you can fill them in later. We will update this story when Halifax, Winnipeg, Montreal, Edmonton, Toronto’s start time and Mississauga’s route are announced.
