Starbucks Holiday Menu 2026 Starts Nov. 5: Full Drink List and Red Cup Day Status

The Starbucks holiday menu returns Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, the company announced on Oct. 5. Returning favorites and a new Tiramisu Velvet line go on sale that day, along with holiday food and the first merchandise collections. Red Cup Day, the giveaway of a reusable holiday cup, will come later in the season on a date Starbucks has not yet set.

When does the Starbucks holiday menu come out in 2026?

Thursday, Nov. 5. Starbucks published the date on its newsroom, about.starbucks.com, on Oct. 5, 2026. For reference, the 2025 holiday menu launched Nov. 6, per Starbucks’ own announcement that year, so the 2026 start is one day earlier on the calendar.

New Starbucks holiday drinks for 2026

The headline addition is a Tiramisu Velvet line. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte comes hot or iced, and there is a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew; both are topped with velvet mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting. Starbucks is also adding an Apple Pomegranate Refresher with pomegranate-flavored pearls, and a Snowy Apple version made with coconut milk.

Returning drinks, all back on Nov. 5:

• Caramel Brulee Latte
• Sugar Cookie Latte
• Gingerbread Chai

A new Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee is also coming to grocery stores.

Holiday food

New on the food menu from Nov. 5 are a Bearista Cake Pop and a Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese, plus a Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich with a new recipe. Returning are the Cranberry Bliss Bar, the Snowman Cookie and the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

Starbucks holiday cups and merchandise

Three collections arrive Nov. 5: the Holiday Bearista collection, a Holiday Village collection featuring the original Pike Place store, and a Peppermint Mocha collection. The Winter Wonderland collection launches Tuesday, Nov. 17. The original Bearista Glass Cold Cup returns at a time Starbucks has not yet announced.

When is Starbucks Red Cup Day 2026?

Not yet announced. Starbucks says Red Cup Day “will return later this season.” On that day, customers who buy any handcrafted holiday beverage get a collectible reusable holiday cup, at participating stores while supplies last. In 2025, Red Cup Day was Thursday, Nov. 13, according to Starbucks. We are not predicting the 2026 date and will add it here once the company confirms it.
