World Series 2026 Schedule: Game Times, TV Channel and How to Watch Brewers vs. Rays From Oct. 23

The 2026 World Series starts Friday, Oct. 23, when the Milwaukee Brewers host the Tampa Bay Rays at American Family Field at 8 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Major League Baseball (MLB) has set every game of the best-of-seven series for 8 p.m. ET, and FOX televises all of them. Milwaukee has home-field advantage, so the series opens with two games there before moving to Tampa Bay for three. Below: the full schedule, every way to watch or listen, how both teams got here, and a free printable score tracker.

How to watch: TV, streaming and radio

• TV: FOX carries every game in English. FOX Deportes carries every game in Spanish, and Univision adds a Spanish-language broadcast of Game 1.
• Streaming: FOX telecasts stream on FOX One, FOX’s streaming service. With a pay-TV login, they also stream on FOXSports.com and the FOX Sports app.

• Radio: ESPN Radio has national coverage of every game, and Univision’s Spanish-language radio network carries the series too.

How the Brewers and Rays got here

Milwaukee finished the regular season 103-59, the best record of the two pennant winners, and swept the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-0 in the National League Championship Series. Tampa Bay went 98-64 and beat the Cleveland Guardians 4-2 in the American League Championship Series, winning the last three games after trailing two games to one. The Rays clinched the pennant on Monday, Oct. 19, with a 7-3 win.

This is the Brewers’ second World Series and their first since 1982, when they lost to the St. Louis Cardinals in seven games as an American League team. The Rays are back for the first time since 2020 and the third time overall, after 2008 and 2020. Both franchises are among the five that have never won a World Series, according to MLB, so one of them will win its first.

Home-field advantage and the 2-3-2 format

The team with the better regular-season record hosts Games 1, 2, 6 and 7. That is Milwaukee this year, by five wins. Tampa Bay hosts Games 3, 4 and 5. Because Games 6 and 7 return to Milwaukee, a long series ends where it began.

Game 7 on Halloween, then the clocks change

A Game 7 would start at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 31, Halloween night; for local sunset and trick-or-treat hours, see Halloween 2026 sunset and trick-or-treat times. That night, daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1, so clocks fall back an hour after the final out. The details are in daylight saving time ends Nov. 1.
