The 113th Grey Cup is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 15, 2026, at McMahon Stadium in Calgary, with a 6 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) start, according to the Canadian Football League (CFL). The league published the playoff dates in its Dec. 9, 2025 press release. Below: the time in every Canadian zone, the playoff dates and where the sources disagree.
What is the Grey Cup 2026 date and time?
The CFL’s press release lists three playoff dates. Its times are in ET, and its first two entries each show two games.
| Date | Round | Time (CFL) |
|---|---|---|
| Saturday, Oct. 31 | Division Semi-Finals | 3 and 6:30 p.m. ET |
| Saturday, Nov. 7 | Division Finals | 3 and 6:30 p.m. ET |
| Sunday, Nov. 15 | 113th Grey Cup, McMahon Stadium, Calgary | 6 p.m. ET |
The Sports Network (TSN) lists the Grey Cup on Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. too. Its listing shows teams as to be determined and carries the note “Schedule subject to change.”
Do the CFL and TSN agree on the semi-final times?
No. For Oct. 31 the CFL release says 3 and 6:30 p.m. ET. TSN’s broadcast schedule, updated Aug. 31, 2026, shows 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., with no time zone given. We have not resolved the gap. Check the TSN schedule on game day before you plan around a start time.
What time is the Grey Cup in each time zone?
Clocks fall back on Nov. 1, so on Nov. 15 the 6 p.m. ET start falls on standard time everywhere in this table. The CFL gives only the ET time. Every other row is our conversion.
| Time zone | Example place | Grey Cup start, Sun., Nov. 15 |
|---|---|---|
| Pacific Standard Time | Pacific zone, Canada and the U.S. | 3 p.m. |
| Mountain Standard Time | Calgary | 4 p.m. |
| Central Standard Time | Winnipeg | 5 p.m. |
| Central Standard Time, no clock change | Regina, Saskatchewan | 5 p.m. |
| Eastern Standard Time | Eastern zone, Canada and the U.S. | 6 p.m. (CFL time) |
| Atlantic Standard Time | Atlantic Canada | 7 p.m. |
| Newfoundland Standard Time | Newfoundland | 7:30 p.m. |
| Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) | United Kingdom | 11 p.m. |
Saskatchewan does not change its clocks, so Regina is on Central Standard Time all year and also sees a 5 p.m. start. For the date the change happens, see our daylight saving time guide and the daylight saving time ends Nov. 1, 2026 story.
