National Sandwich Day 2026 Deals, Tue., Nov. 3: Subway, McAlister's $5, Capriotti's

National Sandwich Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, and three chains have confirmed deals on their own pages: Subway’s Footlong offer (Oct. 27 through Nov. 8, per its Oct. 21 newsroom release), McAlister’s Deli’s $5 sandwich (Oct. 30 through Nov. 3, per its home page) and Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop’s buy one, get one (BOGO) 50% off all subs on Nov. 3 only, per its deals page. All three are for rewards members, so signing up before Tuesday matters. We checked each page on Nov. 1, 2026.

The table puts the dates, who qualifies and the fine print side by side, and the free printable “National Sandwich Day 2026 Deals, Nov. 3” keeps them on one page. Tuesday, Nov. 3 is also Election Day; we found no company food deal tied to it on an official page, so none is listed. Use the November 2026 printable calendar or the printable weekly calendar to mark the days.

How does Subway’s National Sandwich Day deal work?

Subway’s release, datelined Miami on Oct. 21, 2026, says the company moved National Sandwich Day up to Tuesday, Oct. 27 and brought back the Fritos Chicken Enchilada Sub. The offer is a free Footlong sandwich with the purchase of another Footlong sandwich, for all current and new Sub Club members, available Oct. 27 through Nov. 8 on app and online orders.

For readers marking the day on Nov. 3, the release says “both returning favorites and the BOGO offer will still be available.” The fine print gives one use per order, and the free Footlong is of equal or lesser price. It is not valid on third-party delivery, catering or gift card purchases, excludes Fresh Fit, 5 Meat Italian and Big Hot Pastrami, and cannot be combined with other offers.

What does McAlister’s Deli offer?

McAlister’s home page says “Celebrate National Sandwich Day with a $5 sandwich,” valid 10/30 through 11/3 for reward members only, with exclusions. The page does not list the exclusions or say which sandwich sizes qualify, so look at the offer in the rewards app or ask at the counter before you order.

What is the Capriotti’s one-day offer?

Capriotti’s deals page says that in celebration of National Sandwich Day on Tuesday, November 3, Rewards Members get buy one, get one 50% off all subs, for one day only. Because it lasts a single day, it is the offer with the least room for a late start.

What about Potbelly and other chains?

Potbelly ran a National Sandwich Day offer last year. In 2025, a company release dated Oct. 31 said that on Monday, Nov. 3, fans could get a free Original Sandwich or Wrap with the purchase of any Big or Original Sandwich or Wrap. Potbelly’s own site blocked automated access, so its 2026 offer was not confirmed when we checked.

Offers from Schlotzsky’s, Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s, Which Wich, Panera, Wawa and Popeyes were not announced on official pages when we checked on Nov. 1, so none are listed. We will not list a deal until a chain’s own page carries it.
