Caribou Coffee Holiday Menu 2026: Cookie Butter White Mocha and What Returns

Caribou Coffee’s 2026 holiday menu began Monday, Nov. 2, with a new Cookie Butter White Mocha, the company said in an Oct. 13, 2026 release on PR Newswire. The menu is at participating coffeehouses nationwide while supplies last. Ho Ho Mint Mocha, Spicy Mocha and a Cranberry Dark Chocolate collection return, and the table below lists every item with each form Caribou says it comes in. Caribou did not give an end date or prices in the release.

What is new on the Caribou Coffee holiday menu in 2026?

The new flavor is Cookie Butter, a trademark of Monin, Inc. used under license, according to the release. It pairs the caramelized, spiced notes of cookie butter with Caribou’s signature mocha made with real white chocolate chips and cookie crumbles.

Four Cookie Butter White Mocha drinks are new:

• Cookie Butter White Mocha: served hot with steamed milk, finished with whipped cream and crumbled cookie butter cookies.
• Iced Cookie Butter White Mocha: white chocolate and cookie butter flavor with espresso and milk, poured over ice.
• Cookie Butter White Mocha Espresso Shaker: fresh espresso and cookie butter flavor shaken over ice, with a splash of oatmilk.
• Cookie Butter White Mocha Caribou Cooler Blended Beverage: real white chocolate, cookie butter flavor and coffee, topped with whipped cream and crumbled cookie butter cookies.

Which Caribou holiday favorites return in 2026?

Caribou calls the Ho Ho Mint Mocha a classic that pairs real chocolate and rich espresso with a touch of mint. The Spicy Mocha combines real chocolate and milk with ancho chile and cinnamon spices. The Cranberry Dark Chocolate collection brings rich dark chocolate together with tart cranberry flavor. The Cranberry Energy Drink is a sparkling cranberry drink.

Caribou’s Carrie Sazama, Director of Product, said in the release that cookie butter “felt like a perfect addition because its caramelized sweetness and warm spice pair beautifully with our signature White Mocha.”

Caribou also says its holiday cups have new hand-illustrated designs reminiscent of cozy sweaters, blankets and wrapping paper.

What bakery items, packaged coffee and merchandise are on the menu?

The Warm Spice Morning Bun is new: a flaky, buttery pastry rolled in a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, coriander and ginger. The Chocolate Truffle Brownie, topped with chocolate truffle ganache, returns among what the release calls returning limited-time menu items. The French Toast Sandwich, with cage-free scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese and cream cheese between slices of French toast bread, is listed with the festive flavors beyond the cup.

For home, Winter Wish is a new medium roast made with Central American coffees, with notes of brown sugar, fig and almond. Reindeer Blend, a dark roast with a rare aged Sumatra, returns. Caribou will also offer seasonal merchandise for a limited time, including ornaments, tumblers and a Ho Ho Mint Mocha candle.

Caribou says guests can order beverages and food from the menu in participating coffeehouses, at the drive-thru and through the Caribou Coffee app for pickup or delivery. Guests can modify handcrafted beverages with non-dairy milk at no additional charge.
