Sephora Sale November 2026: Rouge Open, Other Tiers Start Nov. 3; Ulta Black Friday

Sephora’s fall Savings Event is already open for Rouge members, who have had 20% off since Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, and it opens to Very Important Beauty Insider (VIB) and Insider members on Tuesday, Nov. 3, running through Monday, Nov. 9, NBC News Select and The Daily Beast reported on Oct. 30. This story lines those dates up with Ulta Beauty’s own Black Friday schedule, with Central Time (CT) converted to Eastern Time (ET), in a free one-page beauty sale calendar.

Sephora Savings Event 2026 dates and discounts by tier

NBC News Select wrote that “the fall Sephora Savings Event begins on Friday, Oct. 30 and runs until Monday, Nov. 9.” The Daily Beast gave the same tier start dates and the same Nov. 9 end. Sephora’s own savings page was not available to us, so the table below rests on those two reports.

NBC News Select lists the Sephora Collection offer for all shoppers, and The Daily Beast says no membership is required. The tier percentages above are from NBC News Select; The Daily Beast reported the same for each tier. Neither report gave a promo code, an end time or time zone, exclusions, Canadian dates or whether Sephora at Kohl’s takes part, so those are not covered here.

How does it compare with the 2025 Sephora sale?

In 2025, Today reported that the Sephora Savings Event ran Nov. 4 to 10 for all tiers, with Rouge members able to shop as early as Oct. 31, 2025, and listed 10%, 15% and 20% tiers. That is last year’s schedule from one report. For 2026, the two newsrooms put the all-tier start at Nov. 3 and the end at Nov. 9, one day earlier on each side, with Rouge access starting Oct. 30.

When are Ulta Beauty’s Black Friday and early deals?

Ulta Beauty’s Black Friday page says “Early Black Friday deals at Ulta Beauty start October 25, 2026” and ends “11/21 at 11:59pm CT.” It describes them as separate from the regular Black Friday sale. Good Morning America reported on Oct. 26 that the deals run “now through Nov. 21” with “new deals every week,” and listed “up to 50% off brands like Tarte, Clinique and Benefit Cosmetics.”

Ulta’s page says some offers are only for Platinum and Diamond Ulta Beauty Rewards members, who must be logged in. It does not publish member early-access dates.

• Tue., Nov. 3: Sephora VIB 15% and Insider 10% open.
• Mon., Nov. 9: the Sephora Savings Event ends.
• Sat., Nov. 21: Ulta’s early deals end at 12:59 a.m. ET on Nov. 22, and its Black Friday sale starts online at 9 p.m. ET.
• Sun., Nov. 29: Ulta’s online Cyber Monday starts at 1 a.m. ET.
