Skate Canada International 2026 Schedule: Kelowna Start Times by Time Zone and TV

Skate Canada International 2026 is under way at Prospera Place in Kelowna, British Columbia, from Friday, Oct. 30 to Sunday, Nov. 1, and Saturday’s women’s short program starts at 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), which is 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), according to Skate Canada’s event page. NBC Sports lists the same 3:30 p.m. ET start on Peacock. The table below converts every session to Mountain, Central, Eastern and Atlantic time, and a second table lists the rest of the 2026-27 International Skating Union (ISU) Grand Prix season.

Skate Canada International 2026 start times by time zone

Skate Canada says that “all times are in Pacific Time (PT) and are subject to change.” The Kelowna times below are Skate Canada’s; the other columns are our conversion. Mountain and Central mean U.S. Mountain Time (MT) and U.S. Central Time (CT), such as Denver and Chicago.

One detail changes the math on Sunday. The U.S. and Atlantic Canada set clocks back at 2 a.m. on Nov. 1, but British Columbia does not: its government said that on Nov. 1, 2026 “no change will be made” and that Pacific time is set at UTC-7 (see our Canada clock change story). Kelowna therefore stays one hour ahead of Seattle on Sunday, and the gap to Eastern Time shrinks from three hours to two.

Day	Session	Kelowna	Mountain	Central	Eastern	Atlantic
Fri., Oct. 30	Men short program	6:00 p.m.	7:00 p.m.	8:00 p.m.	9:00 p.m.	10:00 p.m.

Sun., Nov. 1	Free dance	3:15 p.m.	3:15 p.m.	4:15 p.m.	5:15 p.m.	6:15 p.m.

The Eastern column matches NBC Sports’ own listing for all eight sessions that NBC lists, including Sunday’s 3 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. ET. The opening ceremony, from 7:35 to 8 p.m. Kelowna time, is on Skate Canada’s schedule but not on NBC’s.
